Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales management, supply chain, R&D, and other teams to promote and sell self-developed products (video codec cards, PCIe SSD) in the market.
  • Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts and server manufacturers, responsible for the supply chain integration of products with assigned clients and server manufacturers, achieving monthly sales targets for each client and server manufacturer.
  • Understand customer needs, coordinate and collaborate with product support, sales management, supply chain, R&D, and other teams to resolve issues encountered by customers, and track sales collections.
  • Participate in brand promotion activities.
  • Coordinate industry networks to enhance product features and market awareness.
  • Comply with regulations and relevant financial policies.

Qualifications

  • Full-time university graduate in marketing, business, communications, information engineering, or related fields.
  • Over five years of experience in server component sales, familiar with sales models for server components among key accounts and server manufacturers, with preference given to those familiar with live streaming/video on demand, cloud gaming/cloud computing, smart cities, video conferencing, and video image compression scenarios.
  • Ability to collaborate and develop others, manage limited resources, and embody company values.
  • Understanding of the market and business, setting regional or industry direction and strategy, expanding company and brand influence, with a win-win team mindset.
  • Good skills in using electronic office applications and proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Locations of work: Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen.
