Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of hardware encoders and CModel development;
- Responsible for algorithm optimisation of hardware encoders;
- Define and implement new features for hardware encoders;
- Collaborate with the hardware IP team for cross-validation;
Qualifications:
- Proficient in one or more video coding standards H.264/H.265/H.266/VP8/VP9/AV1/AVS2/AVS3;
- Some experience in encoder algorithm optimisation, such as bitrate control, quality enhancement, mode selection, etc.;
- Familiar with video subjective and objective quality assessment algorithms;
- Familiar with and able to flexibly apply open-source codes such as ffmpeg/x264/x265/LibAOM/SVT-AV1;
- Proficient in C/C++ programming;
- Understanding of firmware and driver development;
- Able to work independently, with good documentation skills and teamwork abilities;
