Netherthorpe School are seeking to appoint the right candidate to lead andmanage the school's Inclusion Centre (IC), providing a safe, structured andsupportive environment for students who are at risk of permanent exclusion, internalexclusion, or who experience significant difficulties accessing mainstreamlessons due to behavioural, social, emotional or mental health needs. The postholder will work collaboratively withteaching staff, pastoral teams, parents/carers and external agencies to improvestudent behaviour, engagement, attendance and outcomes. They will promoteinclusion and support students in developing the skills, resilience andself-regulation needed to reintegrate successfully into mainstream lessons.
