Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management as needed
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute preferred
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
