Join Our Team at Netherfield Primary School
Netherfield Primary School is seeking to appoint five caring, committed and enthusiastic Learning Mentors to join our dedicated team from 1 September 2026. Working under the direction of teaching and senior staff, the successful candidates will provide 1:1 support for named pupils across Reception to Year 3. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference to a child’s educational experience, wellbeing and progress. The role may involve supporting children within the classroom or in alternative learning environments, working closely alongside teachers and other professionals to meet individual needs.
