Nether Green Junior School is seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor (Level 1) to join our pastoral and safeguarding team.
The role supports pupils facing social, emotional, personal or behavioural barriers to learning, through one-to-one and small group mentoring that helps them engage more effectively with school life.
You will assess pupil needs, agree and review individual action plans, and deliver targeted interventions to build confidence, motivation and resilience.
