Essential Qualifications & Experience
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS).
- National Awardfor SEN Co-ordination (NASENCO) (or willingness to complete within 3 years ofappointment).
- Proven EYFSand KS1 Teaching Experience: Deep understanding of early childdevelopment, play-based learning, and foundational primary curriculum.
- Complex SENDExpertise: Demonstrated experience working directly withchildren with complex and diverse special educational needs anddisabilities.
- EHCPKnowledge: Hands-on experience navigating the EHCPapplication process, drafting statutory assessment paperwork, and leadingannual reviews.
