At Net Giant, you'll play a key role in supporting our B2B customers by delivering first-class customer service and becoming a trusted point of contact for the businesses you work with.

This is a varied role combining inbound customer support with proactive contact to existing customers, helping them get the most from our service while identifying opportunities to add value where appropriate.

If you enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems and building long-term relationships, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service through inbound telephone and email enquiries.
  • Proactively contact existing customers to check satisfaction, discuss future requirements and ensure they continue to receive the excellent service they expect from Net Giant.
  • Introduce relevant products and services that add genuine value to customers.
  • Re‑engage dormant customer accounts and encourage customers to trade with us again.
  • Accurately maintain customer information and activity within our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales or customer relationship roles.
  • Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience within a B2B environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
