Role

As the CP Retail Manager & E‑Commerce EMEA, you will spearhead Netflix’s consumer products footprint across key e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon, Zalando and Bol. com.

You will act as the primary architect of our online presence, owning strategic relationships and execution plans to bring our iconic stories to life through immersive touchpoints on the key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end relationships with Amazon Europe and other leading platforms, coordinating with partnership leads, brand specialists, category leads, and marketing teams.
  • Manage and curate Netflix’s brand experience on e‑commerce platforms to ensure discoverability, traffic, and shopper engagement.
  • Develop and execute an all‑year‑round retail activation strategy, including key retail moments, social calendars and “always‑on” campaigns.
  • Take full responsibility for managing the marketing budget dedicated to supporting Amazon Europe, Zalando and other partner platforms.
  • Drive high‑impact presence and programs in partnership with key toy partners (e. g., Mattel, Hasbro, LEGO).
  • Oversee the expansion of apparel and lifestyle footprint across Amazon and Zalando marketplaces and other relevant platforms.
  • Partner with e‑commerce platforms and internal stakeholders to optimise product selection and enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify and capture white‑space opportunities to ensure a cohesive brand experience and sustained revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Lead, Hardlines and Marketing teams to bring complex activations to life.
  • Champion best practices on e‑commerce and drive international roll‑outs.
  • Remain up to date on key market developments, highlighting challenges and opportunities across existing and emerging technologies/platforms.
  • Define rules of engagement on e‑retail and digital, ensuring solutions are in place or developed to optimise Netflix’s brand presence.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in e‑commerce retail, ideally with Amazon Retail and a deep understanding of brand stores and campaign levers.
  • Track record of leading the execution of key campaigns on e‑commerce platforms with operational excellence.
  • Data‑driven strategist focused on performance analysis to track growth and optimise retail strategies.
  • Goal‑oriented, adaptable to high speed environments, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong collaborator capable of navigating complex organisations and engaging stakeholders.
  • Cultural alignment with entertainment and world‑class brands.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory). Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
