The Role

As the CP Retail Manager & E-Commerce EMEA, your mission is to spearhead Netflix’s consumer products footprint across the region's key e-commerce platforms.

You will act as the primary architect of our presence online, owning the strategic relationships and execution plans that bring our iconic stories to life through immersive touchpoints on the key platforms - Amazon, Zalando, and Bol. com, to name a few.

In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to guide our assortment and marketing efforts, ensuring we optimise product performance, selection, and visibility to meet our fans where they shop.

You will play a pivotal role in curating and sharing e-commerce best practices across the region and globally to ensure Netflix continues to optimise this growing retail channel.

You are the guardian of the Netflix experience on e-commerce platforms, responsible for maintaining consistently high brand standards while proactively protecting our brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Management: Own the end-to-end relationship with Amazon Europe and other leading platforms, coordinating with partnership leads, brand specialists, and category leads, as well as advertising and marketing teams.

  • Management and curation of Netflix brands’ experience on e-commerce platforms, to ensure discoverability, traffic and shopper engagement.

Activation: Develop and execute an all-year-round strategy to ensure Netflix Consumer Products are presented in the best possible way, including planning key retail moments, social calendars, and "always-on" campaigns.

  • Budget Ownership: Take full responsibility for managing the marketing budget dedicated to supporting the Amazon Europe, Zalando, and other leading platforms partnerships.
  • Hardlines: Drive a high-impact presence and develop programs in close partnership with key toy partners (e. g. Mattel, Hasbro, LEGO, etc.).
  • Fashion & Lifestyle: Oversee the expansion of our apparel and lifestyle footprint across the Amazon and Zalando marketplace, and other relevant platforms.
  • Selection Optimisation: Partner with the leading e-commerce platforms and internal stakeholders to optimise product selection and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Growth & Innovation: Identify and capture white-space opportunities to ensure a cohesive brand experience and sustained revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with the Commercial Lead, Hardlines, and Marketing teams to bring complex activations to life.
  • Best Practice Championing: Connect internationally with Netflix colleagues to single out best practices on e-commerce and drive the rollout of these internationally.

  • Remain up to date on key market developments, highlighting challenges and identifying opportunities across existing and emerging technologies/platforms.
  • Define rules of engagement on e-retail and digital, and ensure solutions are either in place or developed to optimise Netflix's brand presence on the priority platforms

Expert: Significant experience in the e-commerce retail industry (typically 10 or more years) ideally with Amazon Retail, with a deep understanding of brand stores and campaign levers.

  • Data-Driven Strategist: You focus on performance analysis to track growth and optimise retail strategies.
  • Agile & Entrepreneurial: You are goal-oriented, driven to succeed, and adaptable to the high speed at Netflix and the leading e-commerce platforms.
  • Master

Collaborator: You possess the expertise to navigate complex organisations and the engagement competency to work with different stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for Netflix.
