In November 2022, Netflix launched an ad-supported tier, enabling the delivery of standard 15 and 30 ads. Since then, we've expanded our suite of advertising solutions and have grown our ad-supported monthly active user count to more than 80 million globally. We are now scaling capabilities that focus on live content, brand integrations, and other opportunities that allow brands to partner with us across an even wider Netflix footprint. As our Ads program scales, we’re building out a team that will help steward and support our go-to-market strategy, specialising in Sales Operations.
The position reports to the Director of Market Planning and Operations and is based in London.
Responsibilities will include:
- Quarterly Sales Planning Process: End-to-end process leadership and facilitation covering book assignments, territory hierarchy, bottom-up and top-down quota setting across EMEA.
- Sales Execution Process Management: Oversee the processes which guide our sellers, including CRM / Engagement systems and reporting.
- GTM Guidance & Policy: Act as a regional POC to implement guidance and policies such as Global Accounts or cross-market management, transfers accounts between Segments / channels.
- Insights and Analytics: Full ownership of the regular cadence of EMEA business reporting across weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews. Ad hoc analysis and deep-dives on business areas. Full ownership of understanding regional business performance.
- Dashboard development: Support building and maintenance of regional dashboards in Google Sheets and feed regional needs into global reporting development teams.
- External reporting: Support finance teams in delivering reporting to clients and agencies to support billing, rebates and accruals.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in advertising and/or advertising-related fields; and/or in Sales Operations teams.
- Deep experience with agency and direct sold sales models.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, auction dynamics, ad tech and the streaming ecosystem.
- A strong attention to detail and an eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems.
- Strong modelling skills with expertise in tools like Excel, Anaplan, Pigment or other modelling technologies (Anaplan preferred).
- Demonstrable experience in driving a business planning process, regionally or globally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision‑making, process improvement, and operational support.
- Excellent project management abilities, skilled at managing multiple workflows and deadlines in dynamic work environments.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and present complex data and insights in ways that are accessible and actionable for diverse audiences, including non-technical, senior stakeholders.
