Partnerships are a key contributor to our mission to bring entertainment to the world and play a significant role in our membership and revenue growth. Our Partnerships team negotiates deals with operators, device manufacturers, app stores, and other types of partners to expand the distribution and reach of Netflix (e.g., via telco bundles) and ensure that all of our members can have the best Netflix experience, regardless of the device they watch on.
The Partnerships Strategy & Finance team helps define Netflix's overall Partnerships strategy, evaluates new partnership opportunities through robust analysis, and supports our Business Development leaders in their negotiations with partners. - Regional/global stakeholder management: Manages a combination of EMEA and global stakeholders — maintaining close regional engagement while upholding strong connectivity to global Partnerships strategy. Builds trusted, credible relationships at every level of the organization as a collaborative thought partner and connector.
- Partnerships Operations: Serves as the go-to person for strategic support on Partnerships Operations in order to drive global & regional consistency, engaging across cross-functional projects ranging from new deal types to emerging product needs.
- Execution: Strong project management instincts; delivers organized, high-quality work across complex, multi-threaded projects.
