In this role, you will lead Netflix’s EMEA compensation and mobility portfolio, ensuring alignment with our PTOM philosophy and local market nuances. You partner with regional Talent, HR and the global Compensation and Benefits function to deliver data-driven, innovative rewards solutions for hiring and retention. You will shape market ranges, equity education, and manager capability-building to enable high-quality decision-making. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility portfolio for EMEA, tailoring to local contexts while upholding Netflix’s philosophy
- Implement and adapt global compensation programs regionally, including market-driven pay structures and equity education
- Develop Market Reference Ranges for roles across Streaming and regional businesses in collaboration with global teams
- Provide subject matter expertise on regional sales incentive design and implementation
- Utilize analytics and scalable tools to support regional compensation and benefits decisions in line with global philosophy
- Advise business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and global Compensation on hiring, retention, promotions, and market expansion
- Identify external data sources for market compensation data and run audits to close gaps and glean strategic insights
- Drive the regional rollout of global initiatives like pay equity analyses, compensation training, and annual reviews
- Support development and communication of global benefits and mobility strategies aligned with regional needs and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with EMEA HR and Benefits to optimize offerings, ensuring local regulatory compliance and integration into Netflix’s framework
- Monitor and communicate the impact of EMEA programs on engagement and cost, guiding leadership with market trends
- Support EMEA open enrollment and mobility case management as needed
- Partner with global Benefits and Mobility teams to maintain operational excellence across programs
