At Netflix, the EMEA Ads Product Marketing Team specializes in bringing our Ad products to the B2B Advertising marketplace. Regional Product Marketing plays a key role in bringing the EMEA perspective to our global product teams and driving regional go-to-market strategies that accelerate product adoption.

We are seeking an agile, operationally-minded builder to join our Ads Product Marketing team. This is a ground-up opportunity to help establish foundational processes, systems, and workflows for a growing team while driving tactical execution on product launches and sales enablement. You'll be the key liaison between EMEA sales teams and global product/PMM, translating global strategies into regional execution while building the systems and processes that make the team more efficient.

If you are comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy building new processes, and want to help shape a function from the ground up, this role is for you. This position is based in London, UK and reports to the Director of Market Activation, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will play a supportive role to Managers on GTM launches and other project work. There is also opportunity to drive individual projects forward with support from a Manager on the team.
  • You'll work alongside regional and global Product Marketing and other cross-functional colleagues to actively shape how Netflix Ads are received in EMEA, operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • Support overall regional product GTM strategy, working cross-functionally to maximise product adoption across our entire ad offering covering targeting, measurement, formats, and more.
  • Be the product resource for EMEA sales teams, helping them win deals and drive revenue through compelling product narratives and proof points.
  • Create and regionalize sales materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battle cards and client-facing collateral tailored to EMEA market needs.
  • Partner directly with sales stakeholders to understand their needs, objections, and opportunities, then create the materials that help them close.
  • Surface regional insights and feedback to Global PMM and Product teams, acting as the voice of EMEA in product development discussions.
  • Support client meetings and pitches as needed with materials, talking points, and product expertise.
  • Create templates, frameworks, and playbooks that allow the team to move faster and scale as we grow.
  • Own operational excellence: You'll be the person who makes sure sales has what they need, when they need it.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in product marketing or equivalent experience in B2B advertising, ad tech, media, or related fields with strong go-to-market exposure.
  • Expert at navigating complex, matrixed organizations: You know how to build relationships quickly, influence without authority, and get things done across teams and geographies.
  • Deep sales partnership experience: You've worked closely with sales teams, understand their needs, and know how to enable them effectively.
  • Startup mentality: You're comfortable in ambiguity and built processes, programs, or systems from scratch with minimal structure.
  • Hands-on execution: You're equally comfortable building strategy and implementing the systems that make teams more efficient.
  • Strong storytelling and communication: Can translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives and decks for advertisers and agencies.
  • Strong project management: Can juggle multiple sales requests and product launches without dropping balls.
  • Experience in programmatic and slide deck development a plus.
