We are looking for a Researcher who will identify and engage top talent while coaching our hiring partners to make smart recruiting and hiring decisions. They will help build teams that are key to Netflix\'s growth, success, and innovation. As a recruiting team, we focus on finding great talent, anticipating business needs, and influencing our hiring partners to hire successfully. We don\'t solely focus on metrics to determine success. Instead, we also look at the qualitative impact in the form of successful long-term hires, and driving a forward-thinking streamlined recruiting process. We look for people who push the status quo and enjoy spending their time finding creative ways to source and attract talent. Responsibilities

  • Research & Identify: define sourcing strategies, utilize diverse research techniques beyond LinkedIn to find pools of talent, and convey insights back to the hiring team. Proactively build relationships and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Own the sourcing strategy for a variety of roles and ensure the health of the pipeline.
  • Engage & Influence: engage and hire top talent, leveraging data and market insights to influence recruiting strategy. Emphasize the value of building diverse teams.
  • Evaluate: interview candidates and evaluate their technical skill set and fit for the right Netflix role. Assess motivations, interests, and values to align with Netflix culture. Contribute to a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner: work with recruiters and hiring managers as true partners to find and attract talent tailored to team needs. Influence and advise based on growing knowledge in niche markets.
  • Prioritize: juggle multiple requisitions, balance speed with a strong candidate experience, and organize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and driven: enjoy autonomous work, proactively seek solutions and impact, manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines with minimal guidance.
  • Curious: research market trends to gain a solid understanding of the business; seek feedback and pursue growth.
  • Team player: communicate constructively, be transparent, offer help, listen, and consider different viewpoints.
  • Sourcing experience: at least 5 years in research with candidate engagement strategies to hire high-caliber talent; proficient in various sourcing techniques (e.g., boolean searches, social recruiting) and innovative problem solving.
  • Business-oriented: understand the businesses you support, build strong stakeholder relationships, develop domain expertise, and recruit for diverse functions.
  • EMEA knowledge: extensive experience hiring across countries in EMEA. Fluency in English required; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
