We are seeking a highly driven, detail‑oriented Ads Marketing Project Coordinator to support the EMEA Ads Marketing team as we build and scale Netflix's advertising business. You will report into the EMEA Ads Marketing Director and work closely with regional Ads Sales, Events, Marketing Production, Finance and external partners to help bring key B2B marketing initiatives and industry moments to life. You will be a central point of coordination for day‑to‑day execution: tracking timelines and deliverables, helping manage agencies and vendors, supporting asset creation and delivery, and ensuring information flows smoothly across teams. At the core, a strong coordinator will enable the EMEA Ads Marketing team to work efficiently by facilitating timely communication, organising workflows, and keeping projects on track. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about advertising and marketing, highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Campaign & Project Support
- Assist and support the EMEA Ads Marketing team in the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives across EMEA (e.g., industry events, sales materials, digital campaigns).
- Help build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and status documents to ensure all deliverables are clearly owned and delivered on time.
- Support the preparation of campaign and event wrap‑ups by collecting data, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics for internal reporting and presentations.
Cross‑Functional & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with internal partners such as Events, Creative, Comms/Publicity, Finance and Legal to support smooth execution of Ads Marketing initiatives.
- Help schedule and organise meetings, reviews, and milestones, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow‑ups are prepared and distributed.
Tools, Systems & Process Support
- Help maintain internal tools, trackers, and documentation related to Ads Marketing projects, budgets, and vendors to support operational efficiency.
- Support the creation and upkeep of process documentation and best practices (e.g., how we brief agencies, asset naming conventions, event playbooks).
- Assist with basic budget tracking tasks with the Ads Marketing team and Finance.
Reporting & Insights Support
- Assist in gathering campaign and event performance inputs (e.g., attendance, engagement, media coverage, feedback) from internal and external stakeholders.
- Help assemble slides and materials for internal updates, market readouts, and leadership presentations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, or a related field; experience in B2B or advertising/agency environments is a plus.
- Strong interest in advertising, media, and marketing, with a curiosity about how brands and agencies engage with streaming platforms.
- Solid understanding of marketing and advertising fundamentals across channels (e.g., digital, social, events, presentations, sponsorships).
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders across different levels and functions.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong coordination and basic project management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs, flag risks early, and know when to ask for help.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management tools, and presentation software to support tracking, organization, and reporting.
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and matrixed environment, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- A collaborative team player who is eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to support the growth of Netflix's Ads business in EMEA.
- Able to flourish in our unique company culture.
