Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Track, report, and document all mail activity.
- Perform internal mail runs throughout the office.
- Handle print production and copier-related tasks.
- Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.
- Process outgoing FedEx packages.
- Provide reception desk coverage periodically.
- Support hospitality services as needed.
