- Develop and implement IP collaboration strategies and plans according to product milestones and needs.

- Plan communication strategies for brand and IP collaborations and take accountability for the effectiveness of partnership campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a strong passion for games.
- Familiarity with the content and viral mechanisms of major overseas social media platforms, possessing a keen sense of popular trends and trending memes in international markets, and the ability to transform trending topics into creative ideas.
- Possess certain brand and media resources.
- Ability to review campaign performance by integrating marketing activities, product conversion, and user research data, and optimise future promotional efforts accordingly.
- Strong learning and execution skills; open-minded and inclusive in cross-cultural communication, with excellent teamwork spirit and resilience under pressure.
- Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred for this position, as daily communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and team members based in China are essential to the responsibilities of the position.
