Sales Enablement Team

NetDocuments is a fast‑growing SaaS company, and we are expanding our Sales Enablement team to better equip our sales organisation for continued success. Our goal is to retain and attract talented associates as we are committed to building a world class training and development team for their support. This is an in‑office position in our Winnersh, UK office.

We are looking for the right candidate that brings successful SaaS sales experience along with the ability to train, coach, mentor, and consistently develop sales professionals. If you have direct experience in this area or a strong desire to use your sales experience and skill set to develop top performing sales associates and leaders, then the NetDocuments Sales Enablement team may be a good fit for you.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Proven success in functional sales role. A combined experience level of 5 years in sales, sales leadership, and/or sales enablement is required with at least 1 of those years as a successful quota carrying sales associate.
  • Strong desire and ability to see others succeed, and to help others achieve their potential.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others.
  • Experienced in following a sales process and are consistently looking for ways to improve.
  • Strong work ethic and take responsibility to achieve your goals.
  • Comfortable speaking/training in front of groups.
  • Develop and update training content.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience working with sales technology. Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gong, LMS a plus.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • 5+ years in Sales and Sales Enablement/Training.
  • Ability to learn and train groups and individuals on the NetDocuments product, sales process and supporting sales technology.
  • Coach/mentor individuals to elevate sales performance.
  • Conduct group training on various sales and leadership topics.
  • Assist with onboarding and interviewing new employees.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adapt and create training materials as needed.
  • Flexibility to hold early morning or evening call with APAC region (typically 1‑2 hours per week).
