About Netcraft

Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We’re a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world and many large governments. We've blocked almost 200 million cyber-attacks to date, and we take down around 33% of the world's phishing attacks. Our purpose and passion are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime. That passion shapes how we work, too. We’re proud of our talented team and the value each person brings, and we’ve built a workplace where people feel supported and inspired.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and working closely with colleagues across the UK and other global teams, this role is wholly focused on winning net new enterprise customers across the EMEA region. This is a pure new business role. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities with net new customers, operating with a high degree of ownership across the full new business sales cycle.

Why join Netcraft’s commercial team?

  • You will be joining a high-performing commercial organisation with a strong track record of growth and execution.
  • Over recent years, the team has consistently delivered against target, with:
    • 100%+ attainment against ARR targets across multiple years
    • 90%+ of fully ramped Account Executives exceeding annual targets in 2025
    • 60%+ year-on-year growth in New Sales ARR in 2025
    • Several of the largest new business deals in company history closed in recent quarters

This is what you’ll be doing, day to day:

  • Driving net new business across the EMEA region and securing contracts with new enterprise customers against target.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close.
  • Building and maintaining strong pipeline coverage through a combination of self-generated outbound activity and qualified inbound opportunities.
  • Prospecting daily through channels such as email, LinkedIn, phone, and strategic outreach.
  • Engaging senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements, particularly in relation to cybersecurity and digital risk.
  • Leading commercial conversations and positioning Netcraft’s value clearly in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Drafting and delivering compelling proposals, working closely with technical teams where needed to address customer requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and ensuring Salesforce is updated consistently with high-quality activity and account notes.
  • Providing feedback and ideas on ways to shorten sales cycles, improve sales effectiveness, and strengthen Netcraft’s market positioning.
  • Conducting all sales activities with a high degree of professionalism, credibility, and integrity.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Consistent success exceeding quota in complex, long-cycle sales environments.
  • A strong track record of measurable achievement, ideally including top‑performer recognition such as President’s Club or similar.
  • Significant experience in quota‑carrying enterprise B2B sales roles, with a strong track record of winning net new business and closing high‑value deals.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline independently and create opportunities through proactive outbound activity.
  • Strong commercial and discovery skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, build urgency, and progress opportunities effectively.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries and/or in cybersecurity, digital risk, fraud, SaaS, or similarly complex technical environments would be highly valuable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage confidently at senior and executive level.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • A high‑ownership mindset, with the ability to organise, prioritise, and manage activity effectively, including customer travel where needed.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity and the ability to build credibility quickly in a technically nuanced market.

The Reward Package:

  • 33 days annual leave - includes public holidays which can be worked if you prefer.
  • Generous enhanced family leave and pay.
  • Enhanced Sick Pay from day 1, rising to 12 weeks full pay after 6 months.
