We are seeking a Tax Manager to own and scale our tax function within a high‑growth cybersecurity company. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role responsible for ensuring compliance and supporting the company’s continued global expansion. The role will also have exposure to the broader finance function through support of common treasury activities.
You’ll partner closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to build scalable processes while providing strategic insight across tax and treasury operations. This role can be based out of our Lehi, UT, Bath, England, or London, England offices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the preparation and filing of global income tax returns
- Review indirect tax obligations and filings globally (sales tax, VAT, GST, and withholding tax)
- Own tax provision and reporting processes (quarterly and annual)
- Partner with external advisors on tax planning and compliance initiatives
- Monitor changes in global tax regulations, particularly related to SaaS and digital services
- Support international expansion efforts, including entity setup
