Netcompany is looking for talented Lead DevOps Engineers to join our growing Cloud Operations Team and help enhance the support, delivery, and evolution of our Netcompany Platforms solutions. In this role, you will help build high‑performing, resilient, and secure services for our clients, working alongside a skilled and forward‑thinking engineering community.
As a hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer, you will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and operating cloud-based solutions for complex enterprise environments and high-profile clients. Proven expertise in cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, Kubernetes, and CI/CD platforms, delivering scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.
Leadership:
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive DevOps best practices.
Technical:
- Proven experience designing, building, and operating cloud-native platforms in Azure and/or AWS.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, and identity & access management (IAM).
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience designing and implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELK/EFK.
- Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures.
- Experience building developer platforms and self-service capabilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance.
- Willingness to travel within the UK when required.
