Netcompany is looking for a Delivery Manager to drive forward our delivery capability and deliver the optimum solutions to the clients. As a Delivery Manager, in our Application Development unit, you will be working on a variety of projects. Based in Leeds, this is a great opportunity to join one of the most exciting, innovative, prestigious and forward-thinking technology-enabled organisations in the UK.

Must Have Experience with the Public Sector

Key responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects within project and program management roles that achieve real business outcomes and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • History of leading large technology and business change projects from the front with experience of scoping overall project deliverables, as well as timeframes to work within.
  • Strong scrum master experience, delivering following Agile methodology and Kanban.
  • Managed system integration projects that span technologies as well as third party suppliers as part of a client’s ecosystem.
  • Experience working within structured Change and Release Management processes.
  • An ability to communicate clearly to management, team members and customers about project, program and business matters that builds trust and creates strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in delivering complex projects within project and program management roles.
  • Experience in public sector.
  • Knowledge of Software delivery lifecycle.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Occasional travel.
  • An ability to communicate clearly to management, team members and customers about project, program and business matters that builds trust and creates strong relationships.
  • Financial management of projects in excess of £1M including estimation, cost control and commercial negotiation of existing and new opportunities.
  • Contributed to a wider community of professionals providing knowledge sharing, support and mentorship to more junior members of the organisation to improve their effectiveness.
