We are looking for Business Analysts to come and work on an exciting new opportunity we have. We are looking for young and experienced professionals who are passionate about agile ways of working, using your experience to better the services and coaching junior members of the team. The candidate will need to be able to work closely with developers, project managers and technical leads to define the scope of projects, elicit requirements and manage upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrable experience in working in Agile Delivery teams adopting agile tools.
- Demonstrable experience of working as a BA, investigating, assimilating, and analyzing different needs, constraints, and problems.
- Able to document the outcomes in simple, easy to understand language.
- Demonstrable experience in showcasing analytical skills including communication, stakeholder management, and organisation.
- Experience in process modelling and customer journey mapping and assisting user testing.
- Experience of working with both business and technical stakeholders to develop key operating procedures.
- Experience of working with various tools and technologies such as Confluence for documentation and JIRA for building tickets and user stories.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk is preferred.
- Understanding of Service Maps and targeting operating models to align your outputs and outcomes with them.
- Experience working in Healthcare is preferred.
- Excellent experience using AWS & Azure.
- Strong technical knowledge of environments management and configuration orchestration technologies (like GIT, Bitbucket, Team City, Artifactory, Nexus, or other tools for continuous integration/continuous delivery).
- Security clearance preferred or eligible to gain.
- Must be willing to do UK based travel for projects.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to attain a UK Security Clearance.
