PMO Support - Provide general administrative and coordination support to the PMO function:
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and status reports.
- Support governance meetings, packs, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- Provide reporting, administration and day-to-day project delivery support.
- Help improve processes, controls and ways of working.
Change & Release Support - Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Change & Release function:
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Change & Release activities.
- Maintain release schedules, milestones, trackers and documentation.
- Coordinate change requests through governance and approval processes.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions relating to releases.
- Liaise with technical and test teams to ensure deployment readiness.
- Support release meetings, stakeholder communications and status reporting.
- Support post-release reviews, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

- 2 Years + experience
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including concise reporting.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and strong teamwork skills.
- Proactive, persistent and comfortable following up actions.
- Good problem-solving skills with a calm, adaptable approach.
- Knowledge of PM tools (MS Project) desirable.
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery beneficial.
