As a Content Designer at Netcompany you will deliver high profile digital products and services for some of the UK’s largest companies and Public Sector organisations. You will work with market leading technologies and span user, technical and business operations to build solutions that meet user needs, deliver business impact and benefit society. As part of the growing Netcompany Product and User Centred Design practice you are joining at an exciting time and will play an active role in developing Netcompany’s Centres of Excellence and service offerings, support business development and client engagement.
MUST HAVE GDS EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities
- Experience working to GDS or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector
- Understanding user and business needs including supporting and participating in user research
- Creating content and developing content strategies to help digital services meet user needs and business objectives, and create a clear, joined-up customer journey
- Monitoring and improving content based on user feedback, research and data
- Working effectively with subject matter experts, stakeholders and partners to deliver clear, relevant content
- Ensuring all content assets are user-focused, accurate, optimised appropriately (e.g. for search), and meet relevant design, style and brand guidelines
- Working with one of the largest Facilities Management companies in the UK to develop a new mobile and web application
Qualifications
- Experience working to GDS or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector
- Proven track record developing content to meet user needs for digital services
- Excellent writing skills and an eye for detail
- Experience designing and developing workable content prototypes
- Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced agile teams, including developing and testing workable content prototypes
- Adept at providing simple, clear content to communicate complex issues
