Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a IT Technical Support at Netcompany? As an IT Technical Support you will:

  • Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues.
  • Perform regular hardware and software maintenance.
  • Install cables and configure systems.
  • Document system addresses and configurations.
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify problems.
  • Communicate with end users and management effectively.
  • Ensure security and functionality with temporary fixes.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Expertise in workstation and peripheral support (Windows 10 and above)
  • Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change, and configuration management
  • User-focused and good communicative skills
  • Proficient in patch management and IPAM systems
  • Fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level) for calls and written requests

It would be considered an advantage if you have at least one of the following certifications:

  • Windows 10 MCSA
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • IT Helpdesk Professional (or equivalent)
  • Google IT Support Professional Certificate
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
  • Advanced Windows troubleshooting for IT
  • Call Centre Associate Certified (or equivalent)
  • Certified Network Cabling Design Professional (CNSDP)
