We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Projects Team supporting a key Defence client. This is an excellent opportunity to work on strategically important initiatives with a prestigious client based in Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and validate complex requirements from stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, fellow Business Analysts, Engineers, and Architects.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation to support project delivery.
  • Attend client site for workshops and engagement activities.
  • Support the successful delivery of critical Defence projects.
  • Experience of working with various tools and technologies such as Confluence for documentation and JIRA for building tickets and user stories.
  • Experience working in the Public Sector.

Qualifications:

  • Strong consultant or senior-level BA with substantial experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Based in the Midlands with ability to travel to client site as required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Must be a UK National.
  • Must hold or be able to attain SC security clearance.
