We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate is passionate about agile ways of working and aims to develop into a Product Manager. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and technical leads to define project scope, elicit requirements, and manage upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in Agile Delivery teams, adopting agile tools
- Investigate, assimilate, and analyse needs, constraints, and problems, documenting outcomes in clear language
- Assist with process modelling, customer journey mapping, and user testing
- Develop key operating procedures in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Utilise Confluence for documentation and JIRA for tickets and user stories
- Understand Service Maps and target operating models to align outputs and outcomes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of practical experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role; product ownership experience is a strong advantage
- Experience working in the Public Sector
- Technical experience welcomed but not essential
- Security clearance preferred or eligible to obtain
