We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate is passionate about agile ways of working and aims to develop into a Product Manager. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and technical leads to define project scope, elicit requirements, and manage upcoming work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in Agile Delivery teams, adopting agile tools
  • Investigate, assimilate, and analyse needs, constraints, and problems, documenting outcomes in clear language
  • Assist with process modelling, customer journey mapping, and user testing
  • Develop key operating procedures in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
  • Utilise Confluence for documentation and JIRA for tickets and user stories
  • Understand Service Maps and target operating models to align outputs and outcomes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of practical experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role; product ownership experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience working in the Public Sector
  • Technical experience welcomed but not essential
  • Security clearance preferred or eligible to obtain
