We are looking for Business Analysts to come and work on an exciting new opportunity we have. We are looking for young and experienced professionals who are passionate about agile ways of working, using your experience to better the services.

The candidate will need to be able to work closely with developers, project managers and technical leads to define the scope of projects, elicit requirements and manage upcoming work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrable experience in working in Agile Delivery teams adopting agile tools.
  • Demonstrable experience of working as a BA, investigating, assimilating, and analyzing different needs, constraints, and problems. Able to document the outcomes in simple, easy to understand language.
  • Demonstrable experience in showcasing analytical skills including communication, stakeholder management, and organisation.
  • Experience in process modelling and customer journey mapping and assisting user testing.
  • Experience of working with both business and technical stakeholders to develop key operating procedures.
  • Experience of working with various tools and technologies such as Confluence for documentation and JIRA for building tickets and user stories.
  • Understanding of Service Maps and targeting operating models to align your outputs and outcomes with them.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Willing to upskill and transition into a PEGA Business Architect.
  • Security clearance preferred or eligible to gain.
