As a Digital Programme Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in connecting ambitious candidates with the right training opportunities. You will speak with individuals who are looking to start their careers, understand their goals, and help them recognise the value of our digital programmes in supporting their journey into employment and qualifications. Key Responsibilities- Engage with potential candidates via phone, email, and digital channels
- Assess eligibility and match learners to suitable digital programmes
- Communicate the benefits and outcomes of our training opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets
- Maintain accurate records and guide candidates through the onboarding process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive, positive attitude
- Confident in selling and promoting opportunities with integrity
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £33,000+)
