  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full lifecycle of sales learning programmes—from needs analysis and design through launch, reinforcement, measurement, and iteration.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend the right learning, coaching, process, tools or other interventions.
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles, blended learning, microlearning, practice, reinforcement, and application-based methodologies.
  • Build scalable programmes across sales onboarding, methodology and selling skills, product knowledge, sales leadership development, and ongoing seller professional development.
  • Develop high-quality learning assets, including facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, practice activities, and reinforcement plans.
  • Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, including project plans, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and communications.
  • Facilitate in-person, instructor-led and virtual learning sessions.
  • Partner with sales managers to embed learning into ongoing coaching and performance management.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness through participation, knowledge/skill application, behavioural change and business impact.
  • Use learner and stakeholder feedback, performance data, and program results to continuously improve programs.
  • Coordinate external learning partners and vendors as needed.
  • Help establish scalable, consistent learning programming, standards, processes, templates, and governance across the Sales organisation.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, instructional design, talent development, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience owning learning programs from strategy/design through implementation and evaluation.
  • Deep knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience creating blended learning journeys using a variety of modalities.
  • Experience supporting SaaS sales organisations and building programmes that strengthen seller capability and performance; Sandler Sales methodology certification is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the executive presence and business judgment to partner effectively.
  • Experience using learning technology, LMS, and virtual learning platforms.
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through.
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes.
