    • Pipeline health – managing and optimising the CRM to ensure accuracy and ability to forecast pipeline
    • Supporting the Commercial Director with proposals and pitches, as required

    What we are looking for

    • 5+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, business development, or inside sales for complex services or solutions
    • A proven track record of managing MQL to SQL progression at scale, including sequencing, discovery, and qualification
    • Experience leading or mentoring small teams and coordinating cross functional activity across marketing, sales, and delivery
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, from clear discovery notes to persuasive outreach and proposal inputs
    • A data driven mindset, with the ability to build dashboards, interpret funnel performance, and act on insights
    • Excellent organisation and time management skills across parallel campaigns, meetings, and RFP timelines
    • Experience working within digital product, digital experience, or DXP ecosystems (e.g. Optimizely), ideally including partner co-sell motions
    • Confidence using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience highly desirable), including reporting and lifecycle management
    • Familiarity with ABM, webinars, events, and structured demand generation playbooks
    • A customer obsessed, relationship building approach, with the ability to communicate clearly and pragmatically
    • A proactive, optimistic mindset and a willingness to continuously refine processes to improve outcomes
