Your Role

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role that blends demand generation, prospect engagement, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Director and Marketing team, together with strategic partners to fuel revenue growth and strengthen Netcel’s market presence.

- Campaigns & channels – Lead the marketing team to deliver targeted demand generation aligned to our Ideal Client Profile
- Content strategy & execution – Orchestrate content strategy and execution, working with subject matter experts to support targeted campaigns
- Demand generation – Build and maintain a strong pipeline of MQLs through outbound prospecting, inbound nurture, events, networking, portals, and partner activity
- Technology partnerships – Develop and manage strategic partner relationships, such as Optimizely, to drive joint opportunities
- Market intelligence – Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to help refine messaging and service offerings
- Nurture journeys – Own, design and deliver structured, insight‑led nurture approaches to move prospects through to SQL
- Lead development – Be the first point of contact for prospects, leading discovery calls to understand business goals, challenges, and digital maturity
- Lead qualification – Assess lead fit based on need, budget, timeline, and strategic alignment
- Pipeline health – managing and optimising the CRM to ensure accuracy and ability to forecast pipeline
- Supporting the Commercial Director with proposals and pitches, as required
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a commercially minded leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You’ll be confident owning the funnel end‑to‑end, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and motivated by building scalable, repeatable growth. You’ll likely have:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, business development, or inside sales for complex services or solutions
- A proven track record of managing MQL to SQL progression at scale, including sequencing, discovery, and qualification
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams and coordinating cross functional activity across marketing, sales, and delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, from clear discovery notes to persuasive outreach and proposal inputs
- A data‑driven mindset, with the ability to build dashboards, interpret funnel performance, and act on insights
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills across parallel campaigns, meetings, and RFP timelines
- Experience working within digital product, digital experience, or DXP ecosystems (e.g. Optimizely), ideally including partner co‑sell motions
- Confidence using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience highly desirable), including reporting and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with ABM, webinars, events, and structured demand generation playbooks
- A customer‑obsessed, relationship‑building approach, with the ability to communicate clearly and pragmatically
- A proactive, optimistic mindset and a willingness to continuously refine processes to improve outcomes
