We’re a privately owned ISP (Internet Service Provider) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) on Fleet Street. We run our own network and prefer to build and operate things ourselves rather than resell other people’s services. It gives us proper control over what we deliver to customers. We’ve grown from 4 to 12 people over the last three years, and people who join tend to stay. The sales team is busy, the business keeps growing, and we need a Sales Administrator to keep things moving.

As Sales Administrator, you’ll provide sales support and sales operations assistance to our experienced sales team. This is an entry-level sales administration role with full training provided. You’ll be responsible for quote preparation, CRM data management, diary and meeting coordination, inbox monitoring, and prospect research. You don’t need prior sales experience or CRM background — we’ll train you on everything.

Someone organised, quick on their feet, and genuinely good at juggling is ideal. You need the kind of brain that notices when something hasn’t been followed up, the patience to keep records tidy when nobody’s watching, and the confidence to chase a salesperson who’s gone quiet on a quote. If you’re the person friends and family go to when something needs organising, or the one who actually reads the email properly before replying, you already have most of the skills. We’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

  • Sales administration and sales support across the full sales process
  • Preparing, updating, and issuing customer quotes
  • Following up on outstanding sales actions and chasing internal stakeholders
  • Setting up meetings, coordinating diaries, and managing calendars across the sales team
  • Monitoring sales inboxes, triaging emails, and flagging urgent or important messages
  • Conducting basic prospect research and account research before sales calls
  • CRM data entry and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot
  • PSA system administration and ticket management in Halo PSA
  • Diary management and general administrative support for the sales team
  • Ensuring all sales tasks are completed accurately and on time

Tools you’ll use

  • HubSpot (CRM)
  • Halo PSA (PSA and ticketing system)
  • Microsoft 365 / Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams

Full training is provided on HubSpot and Halo PSA. Any prior CRM or ticketing system experience will transfer easily.

How we invest in you

  • Bi-weekly 1-to-1s with one of the owners. Real conversations about your progress, feedback both ways, and a development plan that’s yours
  • A training budget, with paid courses tailored to where you want to go. Sales admin is a starting point, not a ceiling
  • A team that promotes from within. If you want to move into sales, account management, or operations over time, we’ll back you
  • Hands-on exposure to how a growing technology business actually works, from the people running it
