Technical Recruiter – Graduate Focus (NETbuilder)

Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Attend university career fairs and tech events globally
- Build strong relationships and confidently “sell” opportunities to candidates
- Engage with academic institutions across the UK, US, and Europe
- Cold call and proactively connect with new talent
- Work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven recruitment environment
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and systems
- Represent NETbuilder professionally as a brand ambassador
Compensation & Commission
- Base Salary: £28,850 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Commission:
- £100 per hire (first 5 hires)
- £200 per hire (from the 6th hire onwards)
- Additional Bonuses: Based on team and individual performance
Location & Working Hours
- Office Attendance: Mandatory 4 days/week (Monday to Thursday) in our Central London office
- Full‑time: 40 hours per week
