The Role: Our tech hub is located in Brighton, while our UK headquarters is at 3 St Helen’s Place, London. As our organisation continues to grow, the Sysadmin will support our expansion. We’re recruiting for a skilled and proactive person who thrives on solving complex challenges and takes pride in their technical expertise. This is a pivotal role where your skills can make a real impact, and you'll contribute significantly to shaping our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Management (JIRA Service Desk) Manage the ticketing process. Provide monthly ITMS reporting (ticket review and systems status). Measure performance against SLAs.
  • Network Ops (Watchguard FW, Watchguard AP, Ubiquiti) Manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points. Patch and upgrade network devices.
  • Device Ops (Windows, Intune, Mac, Jamf) Provide end-user support for Windows and Mac devices. Configure EUDM/MDM for end-user devices. Oversee device management for starters, leavers, and upgrades.
  • Cloud Ops (AWS, Azure, GCP, GitLab, Terraform) Provision and secure cloud environments. Automate cloud deployment processes. Provide support and guidance regarding cloud system setup. Offer technical insights and time/effort estimates to support the sales process.
