About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Incident Response Manager to join a strategic cybersecurity initiative within our SCG (Software & Consulting Group) portfolio. This is a permanent, senior leadership position focused on providing enterprise incident response capability, where you will make recommendations to drive the strategic decisions for our multi-national client. Your expertise will ensure the client is well-positioned to respond and mitigate cybersecurity threats. In addition, you will help to influence IR strategy and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance security posture and maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a facilitator for the high-impact security incidents and escalations, making recommendations to the client’s key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the client when managing the end-to-end incident response activities, ensuring timely and effective containment.
- Make recommendations on the design and maintenance of the IR playbooks, processes and workflows.
- Advise on the threat hunting and proactive detection initiatives using TTPs, IOCs, and intelligence insights.
- Advise on strategic risk mitigation and collaborate with senior stakeholders on security initiatives.
- Deliver insightful reporting and post-incident analysis to the SCG leadership and executive teams.
- Mentor, guide, and influence IR capability development across the organisation.
- Assist with shaping the client’s long-term strategy and roadmap.

- Deep understanding of modern threat landscapes, incident response frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong experience with SIEM platforms and IR tooling.

- Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

- Familiarity with ITIL, GDPR, and regulatory or compliance-driven environments.
