About the Role: We’re looking for a New Business Sales Executive who is passionate about selling high-value IT services into enterprise accounts. You’ll be instrumental in growing NETbuilder’s presence and helping more organisations adopt observability, cybersecurity, and transformation solutions.

You will:

  • Identify and qualify new business in the IT transformation space especially around observability, security, managed services, and cloud.
  • Build relationships with both end clients (enterprise decision-makers) and strategic partners (software vendors, channel partners).
  • Work closely with NETbuilder’s technical and consulting teams to craft and present value-led solution recommendations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and closing for professional services deals.
  • Use outbound prospecting strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to generate pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep CRM records (Hubspot) in excellent order.
  • Attend relevant industry events and represent NETbuilder at networking functions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in IT sales / BDR / SDR roles, ideally within services, consultancy, or enterprise tech.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding new business KPIs or revenue targets.
  • Good understanding of the IT industry; ideally experience or interest in observability, cloud, and security.
  • Very strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in cold/outbound prospecting and engaging senior stakeholders (C-level, Heads of Engineering, etc.).
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-led environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Previous experience selling Cribl, Splunk, or other observability platforms.
  • Background in selling managed services or MSP-style offerings.
  • Exposure to UK mid-market and SME technology buyers.
  • Experience working for an IT consultancy, or software/digital transformation firm.
