About the Role
We are seeking a New Business Sales Executive passionate about selling high-value IT services into enterprise accounts. You will be instrumental in expanding NETbuilder’s presence and helping organisations adopt observability, cybersecurity, and transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business/new logo opportunities, especially within observability, security, managed services, and cloud.
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise decision-makers and strategic partners (software vendors, channel partners).
- Collaborate with NETbuilder’s technical and consulting teams to develop and present value-led solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, negotiation, and closing for professional services deals.
- Use outbound prospecting strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to generate pipeline.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records (HubSpot).
- Represent NETbuilder at industry events and networking functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in IT Sales / BDR / SDR roles, ideally within services, consulting, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Successful candidates will be asked to provide proof of sales achievement.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry; experience or interest in observability, cloud, and security is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in cold/outbound prospecting and engaging senior stakeholders (C-level, Heads of Engineering).
- Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-led environment.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Understanding Software Development, Monitoring and Cloud technologies such as Cribl, Splunk, CrowdStrike or similar platforms.
- Background in Managed Security Services or MSP-style offerings.
- Segment sales experience (Corporate to Enterprise).
- Experience at an IT consultancy, software, or digital transformation.
