Graduate Project Manager/Process Coordinator

Salary :£26,400 during training, £27,000 once placed on client assignment, £30,000 after 12 months

As a Graduate Project Manager & Process Improvement Coordinator, you'll join us during an exciting period of growth and transformation. You'll work alongside experienced project and transformation professionals, supporting one of our long standing global customer's transformation programme.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support projects and workstreams from planning through to delivery.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings, record decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Produce progress updates, dashboards, and governance reports.
• Create and maintain process maps, procedures, and guidance documents.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use data and feedback to help solve business problems and improve outcomes.
• Support transformation and change initiatives, helping teams prepare for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Contribute to customer transformation projects, working with well‑known brands across a range of industries.
• Track project outcomes, benefits, and adoption of change initiatives.
• Learn and apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies, including DMAIC, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
