My client based in Biggin Hill is looking to recruit for a Customer service Planning Coordinator - Flight Scheduler where you are looking after a range of wealthy clients and handling the operations of their flights. You will be building strong relationships with clients, scheduling flights, working closely with engineers and back office duties for roughly 50 flights a week. You will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends where you will be on call to manage any flights operating over the weekend and if you go over your hours in the week, you will get a day off in lieu the following week plus £400 for working the weekend.
Day to day of the Customer service Planning Coordinator - Flight Scheduler:
- Working closely with the small team, ensuring the dual inbox is managed with prompt replies to clients in a swift manner.
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs of the flight, their locations and managing their expectations.
- Scheduling flights in line with the needs of the client but setting realistic expectations on adhoc flights needed asap.
- Sending confirmation emails to clients with details attached, ensuring you are catching up with them prior to their flights.
- Working closely with the engineering team to ensure aircrafts are suitable for flights and adjusting flights if required.
- Acting as the first point of contact via phone and email, delivering a fantastic service to all clients.
- Attending events throughout the summer such as Ascot, Polo, Cricket etc, transport either by car or Helicopter.

- An interest to work within the aviation industry.
- Well spoken individual.
- Bubbly personality with the ability to adapt dependent on the client.
- Strong administrative experience.
