We are currently recruiting Trainee Electronics Technicians / Production Operatives to join the assembly engineering team of an established manufacturing business based in a modern, state-of-the-art facility in Edenbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, good manual dexterity and a willingness to learn. Previous electronics or manufacturing experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. The Role As a Trainee Electronics Technician / Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling and testing components to produce specialist safety switches and electronic products. Your duties will include: * Assembling small components with a high level of accuracy * Working with electrical wiring and components * Using microscopes and specialist equipment * Reading and following electrical drawings and schematics * Working to detailed production and quality standards * Learning new processes and developing your technical skills * Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process About You We are looking for candidates who are: * Highly detail-oriented and take pride in producing quality work * Dextrous and comfortable working with small components * Reliable, conscientious and keen to learn * Able to follow detailed instructions and technical information * Adaptable and willing to develop new skills * Comfortable working as part of a team No previous experience is essential. Candidates from an electrical wiring, electronics, engineering or manufacturing background will be particularly advantageous, but full training is available for the right person. What's on Offer?
