You will play an integral role in ensuring enquiries are turned into orders and that projects move smoothly from quote to production.
The Role
As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will be responsible for producing accurate quotations, processing customer orders and providing exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
Key duties include:
- Preparing detailed quotations for a range of services including print, mail, fulfilment and fabric products.
- Converting quotations into confirmed sales orders by proactively following up with customers.
- Building relationships with customers and discussing pricing, discounts.
