Multi Trades Electrician Mobile - Heathrow M25 based
Basic £40,000 plus benefits and overtime. OTE £52,000+
This role, joining a growing Facilities Management company with an excellent client base, offers a level of autonomy whilst supporting your clients.
As an Electrically biased engineer, approx 80% of your day will be reactive and PPM maintenance on mainly commercial and retail premises.
This role includes:
- Mobile reactive and planned maintenance focusing on electrical works, so 18th Edition is essential
- Minor electrical fault finding, testing, repair etc
- Supporting your locations with other minor maintenance repair work
- Presenting a professional attitude and work ethic
The role of Electrical Multi Trades Engineer offers:
- Company van etc for business use
- Basic salary paid for 40 hours per week, including travel time
- Rota covering 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, so some flexibility on hours will be required
- Overtime paid over 40 hours per week
- 5% annual bonus and a tools allowance
