The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative or Warehouse Supervisor with a background in Quality Control? Do you enjoy identifying improvements, maintaining high standards, and making a real impact? This role would suit someone who has worked within Goods In, Goods Out, Warehouse Quality, Manufacturing, or Production, and has a strong understanding of quality standards and compliance. This isn’t a business where you’ll be expected to simply "do your job." They’re looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas, improve processes, reduce waste, and help drive the business forward. If you’ve previously streamlined a process, identified cost savings, or often find yourself thinking "there’s a better way to do this," you’ll fit in well here.

- Experience raising and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
