Multi Trader Office is based in Bexley ( Projects across Central London) Up to £50,000 per annum + Van + Paid door to door Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm An established construction and fit-out company with over 20 years of experience is looking to recruit an experienced Multi Trader to join their growing team. Based out of their office in Bexley, the company delivers high-quality fit outs and refurbishments across commercial buildings, railways, airports, and other large-scale projects throughout Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable Multi Trader who has worked on projects above £50,000 across commercial fit-out and refurbishment, takes pride in delivering high standards, and can work both independently and alongside specialist subcontractors. A company van and fuel card will be provided. The Role As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, fit-out, and construction duties across multiple live and completed projects. No two days will be the same, and you will be supporting projects from start to finish. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Carrying out a variety of trade works including: Carpentry Plumbing Basic electrical work HVAC / Air Conditioning support Plastering Tiling Drainage works General construction and refurbishment tasks Assisting specialist subcontractors on site when required Working across commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects including rail and airport environments Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations Travelling to sites across Central London Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Requirements 4 years' minimum experience working as a Multi Trader within commercial construction or refurbishment environments Experience working on projects valued around £50k+ Strong all-round trade knowledge across multiple disciplines Valid CSCS Card Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Any trade-specific qualifications would be advantageous What's on Offer Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience Company van and fuel card provided Paid door to door and overtime Stable permanent opportunity with a well-established business Long-term pipeline of London-based projects Opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors and projects Supportive and experienced team environment
