Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE £35,000+

Location: Ebbsfleet

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (No Weekends)

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring all service and repair work is managed efficiently while providing exceptional levels of customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Taking inbound calls and responding to customer email enquiries
  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repair work
  • Preparing job cards and raising workshop bookings
  • Providing customers with accurate estimates and discussing pricing
  • Liaising with technicians and the workshop team regarding vehicle progress
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Explaining completed work and handing vehicles back to customers
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell service plans, maintenance packages, wear and tear items and additional repair work
  • Managing warranty and service documentation where required
  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records using Pinnacle and One Link systems
  • Supporting the achievement of departmental targets and CSI scores

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Customer Service Advisor or similar automotive role
  • A genuine passion for the motor industry
  • Good mechanical or vehicle knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and administration abilities
  • The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks
  • A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • Experience using dealer management systems such as Pinnacle, One Link or similar would be advantageous
