Property Manager Salary: Up to £45,000 package + Annual Bonus & amazing benefits Location: Oxford The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established property consultancy with an outstanding reputation across the property sector. This role sits within their successful Residential Property Management team. The Residential team manages both traditional lettings and Build-to-Rent portfolios on behalf of major institutional landlords. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to oversee a key client portfolio from their Oxford office. This is a varied role managing approximately (Apply online only) residential properties for one key client, taking ownership of the tenancy lifecycle while delivering an exceptional service to both landlords and residents The Role As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords and tenants while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing a portfolio of approximately (Apply online only) residential properties. * Coordinating the tenancy process from check-in through to check-out. * Handling maintenance issues and arranging repairs through approved contractors. * Conducting six-monthly property inspections and reporting findings to landlords. * Managing landlord relationships, providing updates on maintenance, compliance and property matters. * Negotiating tenancy deposit returns and resolving tenancy issues where required. * Identifying opportunities for property improvements and coordinating refurbishment works between tenancies. * Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current legislation and industry standards. * Supporting the management of Build-to-Rent portfolios for institutional landlords, ensuring service level agreements and client expectations are consistently achieved. * Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring all administration is completed to a high standard. About You We're looking for an organised and proactive Property Manager who enjoys building strong relationships while managing a busy and varied workload. You'll have: * Previous experience working as a Residential Property Manager * Excellent organisational and administrative skills. * Strong knowledge of residential tenancy management and property compliance. ARLA qualification would be a bonus * Outstanding customer service and communication skills. * A commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise competing workloads. * Excellent attention to detail. * A proactive and professional approach to problem solving. * The ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team. * A full UK driving licence (essential).
