Operations Administrator £28,000-£35,000 DOE Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm or 9-4.30am (flexible start time) Upto 25 days holiday A rare and unique opportunity to join a well-established agricultural company currently in a period of exciting change and growth. If you like the idea of working in a rural setting then perhaps working for a family farm could be the ideal role for you. Supporting a working farm with 25 team members you will be dealing with all aspects of administration, customer service and operational support this role will be very varied and one you can make your own. Taking ownership of your own work load as well as supporting the Directors and Operations manager, this role requires a positive, proactive Doer – someone willing to roll their sleeves up and muck in as a team! This role offers future progression as the business grows, Managerial and Office Management duties will be available.
